I do it. Our muscles grow when they are resting, so isnt it beneficial to take GHB a little after training to put them into sleep mode? Or is that just an excuse from someone turning into a GHB addict ------------------     | ||

it does not increase cortisol, at least I dont think so, but it does increase prolactin, which will counter some of the effects of the increase in GH. I take 1,4 couple night a week. I was wondering whether taking a dose after training would be a good idea, maybe get a good nap, relax and get a little GH increase?? | ||

Whoever said that making your own ghb is too dangerous and risky is wrong. Its really, really easy, and I made a load myself. Basically - simply mix gbl and naoh - add the right amount of warm water, let it react, and then heat it for a while , then add water to create the dilution you want. Thats all I did and it worked fine. I just take it when I cant sleep (maybe twice a week) or instead of drinking at social occasions. No hangover - training is good the next day. Take to much GHB and you'll blow up like a fucking pig. I don't recommend it if your looking to cut up!! That is of course if your taking the sodium based GHB. GHB is also VERY VERY addictive. Hard to kick the habit. I fucking love the shit though. Nothing better than sitting by the pool all G'd up!! | ||

I have taken GBL and GHB on and off for awhile now. The GBL seems to pull all of the H2O out of my knee joints. The GHB makes my kidneys hurt, like I have been driving a car all day. I think this is from the salinity of the mixture. I recommend drinking at least a half gallon of H2O extra to help process the salt out. If your doing orals, then I would really worry about those kidneys. | ||

Ok, I have used 1,4 butanediol, 2 (3H) Furanone Di-hidro, GBL and GHB. They are all very similar due to the fact that they work via the GABA pathway in our brain. The only difference is that GHB is the fastest acting of all of these.(Folowed by GBL, Furanone and 1,4). It takes about 15-20 minutes to act. The others 30-40min. GHB and its precursors will increase GH through an increase in Dopamine levels. Our bodies will try to counter-act the abnormal increase in GH(about 5-fold), by releasing prolactin, which will inhibit the GH secretion to some degree. However, the increase in GH is only high for 3-4 hours, which will not give any results. However, it will give you a very enjoyable deep sleep which is why I take it. GHB is non-toxic. It is broken down by the human body into carbon dioxide and water. The worst that can happen is that it will make you sick(if you take a big enough dose), and you will vomit. The problems with GHB(and this is the reason as to why it was banned), is that it competes with alcohol for the same enzyme in the liver. Therefore, if GHB is taken in conjunction with alcohol, GHB will monopolize the aforementioned enzyme, destroying our bodies ability to eliminate alcohol from our bloodstream. This results in vastly increased blood alcohol levels, which if the person keeps drinking(You will not realize until its too late that you've drunk too much), will definately result in blood alcohol poisoning. It is primarily used as a solvent..which means you should be cautious and avoid spilling the stuff on your skin and touching surfaces...this could lead to viral and microbial infections. If you do spill some wash it off ASAP! | ||

MP I have to make some corrections/additions to your post: -GBL is illegal if you can't prove your not using it for human consumption. Guys be careful.. GHB is great shit, but definetely not something you want to get caught with or making. -Gman |
