I need loads of sleep usually (8 hours), but since I started this new cycle I am perpetually tired, I need AT LEAST 10 hours.

I am doing 500mg Sust/ 400mg Deca pw.

Notwithstanding I am getting big.

Your body needs rest so your muscles can repair themselves. When bulking you should get more sleep than usual.

10 hours... wow. I would have to stop lifting to have that kind of time. I have trouble squeezing in 7 or 8.

I know this is off subject but.....I will be starting the same cycle soon...just curious as to how many weeks you are into it...what kind of gains so far???? What kind of gear????

Sleep is a very important factor; I usually
average about 5-6 nightly, and try to take
2 30 minute naps whenever possible. If
my stress period is low, and when I'm on
a cycle..I usually get 8 hours and my gains
and training intensity are noticably
enhanced.
