I need loads of sleep usually (8 hours), but since I started this new cycle I am perpetually tired, I need AT LEAST 10 hours. I am doing 500mg Sust/ 400mg Deca pw. Notwithstanding I am getting big. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Sleep is a very important factor; I usually average about 5-6 nightly, and try to take 2 30 minute naps whenever possible. If my stress period is low, and when I'm on a cycle..I usually get 8 hours and my gains and training intensity are noticably enhanced. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
