guys ,i just shot deca about 4 days ago,and was wondering how long does it take before it enters ur blood from ur glute, i saw in a book that it takes a few weeks,i done lots of searches and i know deca stays active for like 17 days say two weeks,but how long till it enters the blood from a glute injection,, thanx ,,,    | ||

Deca takes about 3 days to completey dissipate from the injection site.... Active in your body for about 17 days... trace amounts can be detected in blood a year later | ||

While there is no data in this article concerning when Deca peaks, it does give the pharmacokinetics of nandrolone decanoate and free nandrolone. Nandrolone will begin releasing into circulation upon administration, so the answer is immediately, but this does not relate into "kicking in", which is really determined by cellular processes. Also, note that the half-life of released nandrolone decanoate is 4.3 hours, not days like many claim, and is actually similar for most non-17AA steroids. Acta Endocrinol Suppl (Copenh) 1985;271:19-30 "Pharmacokinetic parameters of nandrolone (19-nortestosterone) after intramuscular administration of nandrolone decanoate (Deca-Durabolin) to healthy volunteers." Wijnand HP, Bosch AM, Donker CW Nandrolone decanoate (Deca-Durabolin) was injected intramuscularly into healthy volunteers. One group of females received one injection of 100 mg and three groups of males received one injection of 200 mg, two repeat injections of 100 mg or four repeat injections of 50 mg respectively. The serum levels of nandrolone (19-nortestosterone) were determined by radioimmunoassay and used to estimate pharmacokinetic parameters. The following pharmacokinetic parameters were found: a mean half-life of 6 days for the release of the ester from the muscular injection depot into the general circulation; a mean half-life of 4.3 h for the combined processes of hydrolysis of nandrolone decanoate and of distribution and elimination of nandrolone; a mean nandrolone serum clearance of 1.55 1 X h-1 X kg-1. The half-life of hydrolysis of nandrolone decanoate in serum was of the order of one hour or less. The data are consistent with linear kinetics. | ||

nice article ,, and whats up with that 4.3 hours then was the purpose of injecting once a week dont u think is better just to inject say 50mg day to get the best out of it ,well if u dont mind the injection , | ||
