Does anyone else have pain in their shoulders, elbows, knees? Is there anything i can do beside ice and rest? I've gained about 20 solid pounds(175 to 195)in the last year. I was only lifting for about 8 months when i started my first cycle. I did 3 cycles in the past year. I was just wondering if it is because my tendons/ligaments were'nt ready for the extra muscle? I've always been in good shape and low body fat. I haven't lifted in about 2 months because of a "program" i'am in right now. I've been doing alot of pushups, situps, pullups, running. Any thoughts? ![]() ![]() ![]()

I hear adding deca to your cycles will relieve joint pain by strengthening your joints. If you want a more natural approach, you can pick up some glucosamine in a health store. I've heard a lot of good things about glucosamine relieving joint pain. LATE ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

DECA DOES HELP THE JOINTS BUT AFTER WHILE IT SEEMS TO STOP WORKING FOR THAT PURPOSE.TRY THE GLUCOSIMINE FIRST SEE IF THAT HELPS. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
