Run the amp or syringe under hot water in the sink. You can also mix some other oil based injectable in the syringe with the sust. Later, | ||

I've heated a few of mine, but forgot the last couple times. I never get that much pain though...i did the first injection then it stopped hurting. Maybe it's because i mix it deca..or maybe it's bogus shit. I don't really wanna think that being the reason though. | ||

Bros, after injecting try running a mile or two. It does wonders for inhibiting soreness from sust injections. LATE | ||

Can't remember who recommended it but, do it in the shower, with hot water pouring down. |
