1:chest, shoulder presses 2:back, dumbell presses 3:arms, dumbell laterals 4:legs repeat and take rest days when needed do the shoulder stuff every other time ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

mon-chest tue-back wed-abs thu-shoulders fri-legs sat-arms sun-rest cardio 5 days a week for 30 min. yes even when i'm bulking. makes me feel good and not like a fat lazy slob when i'm eating substantial quanities of food. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
