i drink 2 triple threat shakes a day, in each i put 3 scoops, which is recommended. which i thought is equal to 60 grams of protein for each shake. i went on the mass quantites site, and it says that 90 grams is a size serving, and that 3 scoops is equal to 60 grams. the big thing when this came out was 60 grams of protein per serving, can someone at elitefitness explain? this post may sound confusing, and thats because i am confused. what i want to know is if i put 3 heaping scoops of this stuff in something, and drink it, how many protein grams are in there? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
