I am just now getting over the stomach problems that shit gave me. Not very impressed with Ref-b although I did make decent gains. Oh, and your right, it does taste like ass! | ||

just have some sort of citrus juice to wash it down with, it will help cut the oil and get he taste out. or buy tabs instead. | ||

I have been putting it into capsules also. Sometimes a little gets on the outside of the capsule and I get a little taste. All I can say is I'm glad capsules are around. Oh ya don't leave it in the capsules to long it starts to make them soggy and eventually soke through. So only fill the capsule you want to take I have left one in for a few hours and it was o.k. but over night was to long. | ||
