definately throw it away...by signing it, you are acknowledging that you are guilty of ordering gear and that you agree to have your gear distroyed....for all they know, it could have been sent to your address by mistake...I would leave it at that and throw the letter away or seal it up and put wrong address return to sender. | ||

Bury it in the backyard.....if your having your gear resent remember to have it sent to another address. They could be monitering yours. | ||

Well you are extremely lucky if your source is sending you more gear for no charge. I can honestly say that i have never heard of that happening before, so you are lucky. Definitly throw that letter away! And never use the address you got the first order sent to. They could be watching your addy for who knows how long. Better to be safe than sorry. :) ------------------ | ||

I got one of those letters. I just threw it away and they mailed me another letter like 3 months later saying that i missed the deadline to try and get my stuff back and they are throwing the gear away. I would not sign that letter. Just my 2 cents. | ||

Listen if any of u no my backround I have posted about this before. ALWAYS respond to the letter ,u dont have to sign it, call the number. Never give up that the shit is yours, u say it must be a mistake or some mix up, They(USCS) has already most likely flaged the address and getting more delivered from an out of country sopurce would be quite stupid,Domestic I would have to say is fine, as long as the amount of gear they seized from u wasn't anything special(meaning wasnt alot of quanity) that they would notify your local police dept. for illegal doings from your house.
