Hey bros. Im currently in my second week of a Sust/Deca/Dbol stack. Sust 500mg, Deca 400mg, and 30mg of Dbol. So far I havent gained too many pounds, even though im eating alot, and my strength hasnt increased as much as i thought it would be this time. How long does it take before this stuff fully kicks in to where i feel like a beast in the gym? Thanx | ||

in ur second week u should be feeling something. 30mg of dbol a day isnt alot by some of the board memebers standards, but it still should have you gaining at least 3-4 pounds in the first week and maybe 6 by the end of the second week. throw in the fact that ur on sus and deca and u theoretically should be a monster right now. but, the problem could lie in some factors. 1. You are not eating enough. I know u think you are, but if you were, you'd be gaining. You are still burning too many calories, albeit if ur shooting hoops or playing a little flag football. REST. And take in more calories. Gaining weight is taking in more calories than you lose, so if ur not gaining weight, u figure it out. 2. You might not be training hard enough. When ur on the body can handle workouts that last 2 hours and 5 days a week. Lots of guys hit every bodypart 2 times a week while on, some 3 times a week. Check your workouts. 3. This is the one that you have no control over since you've already used the gear. It could be fake. There is always that chance. Take away the fact u havent gained any weight. Are you more vascular? Has your strength gone through the roof? Do you have more energy in the gym? Are you more aggresive? Does the site of a girls tight ass in jeans leave you covering your package, hoping it doesnt poke someone in the eye? if you've answered no to the majority of these questions, chances are your shit is fake. Hey Quadz, thanks for getting back to me dude. My problem is that I am not eating enough in this case. Mt strength has definitly increased, and when i see girls in tight jeans i feel like raping them. Only problem is im not gaining much weight. Therefore I gotta add some calories to my diet. Should I just take in as many calories as I can, even from burgers and so forth? | ||

Almost on the SAME cycle as you. 500mg sust 400mg deca 25mg d-bol. Im on day 11, ive gained a lot of weigh--8 pounds. getting comments like crazy. When people in the gym start coming up to you and asking what "suppliments" you are taking, you know you are making progress. Ive really 'filled out' too. My caloric intake is 4600 cals/day. Before I started, I was taking in 2600 cals/day. If you are a hard gainer, i wouldnt take the advice of training bodyparts 2x a week. Even on the gear, you WILL be overtaining. Im using a 4 day split routine. M.T (W-Off) Th.F (S.Su-Off) Repeat. Make sure protein is like 350 grams/day. Thats what i shoot for anyway! Start eating everything in site, enjoy it, you will grow!! |
