Anybody know the law in Pennsylvania , NEW Jersy and Delaware on the purchase of syringes? I know in 1992 they made it completely legal for pharmacies to sell up to 10 syringes without a prescription in the state of Connecticut. This was done to help lower the incidence of hypodermic needle related AIDS cases. PA NJ AND DE have the same laws????? I will be in these areas for about a week and dont want to waltz in some pharm. and get 1001 questions...Any help would be great..thanks!     | ||

red, i live in jersey and have ordered pins from carecenter.com. they did deliver without any problems. u may want to try that. however i dont know about de or pennsy. zeus | ||

Legal to buy in Pa. But you will have some problems getting anything except insulin pins at a Pharmacy, They say go to a live stock accessory place like a feed store and they will sell pins no questions asked.
