Is it possible to not inject deep enough in the quads using 1" pins? If you aspirate and have trouble pulling back or draw air does that automatically mean you are in muscle? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

A person would have to be carrying a CONSIDERABLE amount of bodyfat not to hit muscle in the thigh with a 1".Yes,no blood=good to go. [This message has been edited by HUCKLEBERRY FINNaplex (edited October 13, 2000).] ![]() ![]() ![]()

I agree. A 1" pin should be plenty for a quad injection. You should barely have to pull back on the plunger when aspirating. If you hit a vein, the blood will be more than willing to flow into the syringe with minimal effort. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Is there any danger in using a 1.5 and burying it all the way in your quad???? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Unless you've got really skinny quads a 1 1/2 will be ok. I've used both effectively though. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

u should have no problems with a 1" in your quad. make sure u find a good spot and u should hit the muscle with no problem. i have used both 1" and 1.5" in my quad, i seem to be hesitant in putting the 1.5 completely in the muscle, call me crazy...zeus ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
