Ok i have an idea as some of you know i stopped mid cycle due to unbearable stretch marks.. zebra like chest back and shoulders.. ive been away from the board doing alot of research on stretchmarks lately.. alot of research seems to point in the direction of stretchmarks being more hormonal then anything else.. it has to do with stretching the skin but only during a certain hormonal balance will stretchmarks occur.. through research ive found that alot of it has to do with your pituitary gland etc etc.. WELL.. i was wondering if i was to do short 2 week cycles with 4 weeks inbetween and do that for say six months or so.. i would probably have much less of a chance of getting these marks that i am so genetically prone to.. i am seriously thinking about trying this.. i was thinking of stopping juice alltogethor but these new theories excite me.. what do you guys think about this?

Your skin can grow only so much.. no matter how short your cycle is, as you keep growing your skin stretches more and more, eventually causing stretch marks. Some people have very elastic skin. never having any probs. But if this works for you please let me know, my skin is a bit tight right now. Good luck.

Doing two-week cycles, four-weeks seperate sounds like a waste of time to me.

Get some Vitamin K lotion it will help with the stretch marks.

Schnicken, I'm not too sure about the stretch mark aspect of short cycles, but if you do a quick search you'll find a post by macro in which he describes the effects of short cycles on the skin. Apparently it doesnt handle these sudden and dramatic shifts in hormone levels as well as other types of tissue. If you find the post it describes the chemistry behind this in a bit greater detail...just another aspect of short cycles you might want to consider.

I think i might try a short cycle soon if i can get the right short acting (half-life) gear together (prop, nandrolone, fina?, dbol?). I won't do huge amounts though, just what I'd peak a normal cycle on.

It seems like it's probably easier to monitor your growth and just take more time off in between if your skin is getting tight.

Macro basically said that it will cause bad acne.

People like me and my training partner get bad acne but only after a cycle.

This is due to hormonal changes. He says that people that are prone to it will get killer acne after each short cycle.
