I've got a situation i want to run by everyone. I placed an order with an overseas source. We've done good business in the past, so i sent him an order larger than usual. It's been 2 months and ive yet to receive a package or a customs letter. Usually i received 10-14 days after he received payment. Now, i know everyone is saying "never send what u cant afford to lose" and i understand that. i put too much trust in him, and he screwed me. Ive never heard of anyone getting a customs letter two months later. Anyways, ive sent hiim an email once a week and he keeps saying "its on its way, its on its way, blah, blah, blah." I got this fuckers name, address, email address, and occupation. Hes a consultant to a MAJOR MAGAZINE. and im not joking. ive seen his name in at least three of a certain publication. Should i give him more time, or put him on every scammer board on the net? I'll go with the majority ruling.     | ||

Give it time bro. Some people have received custom letters 3 months later. I placed an order back in July and still haven't seen it, and I know for sure he's not a scammer. Just be more patient. | ||

Give him a deadline and stick to it. Tell him he needs to show you proof he's mailed it. Tracking # or something. If he continues to ignore you than I'd start by calling the magazine and ask for him and let him know you want your shit or the next call is to the CEO. general consensus is to give him time. alright, ill email him and tell him he has 2 weeks, and no more. then he will be exposed, and yes, he really DOES work for a major mag. | ||

I agree, let him know that if you dont recieve something by a certain time (be fair) that he will be put on scam lists all over. If you let him know and he values his business hell do something at least. man I cant imagine waiting 2 mos for gear.. Slopain | ||

It has taken three months for me to get a customs letter before. Talk to a trusted Mod! And don't use this address again until you know for sure that your order wasn't siezed!!! | ||

Since it can take awhile for customs to send you notification of a siezure I would wait...although if he says he hasnt sent..that not right...I would simply say that if you have not recieved within the coming month either the order or a letter that you will put his name on the largest bodybuilding discussion board on the net...see how he likes them apples.. i emailed him and told him hes got 2 week. if in 2 weeks i dont receive letter or package or my funds, he will be posted on every scammer board i can find, with his name, addy, email addy, and occupation for all to see. will keep everyone updated.... I just saw that my source has even done a video. Wow, its really gonna suck if i blow the lid of this guy. Hope he comes through, for his sake.
