Ok, if you have read my other post, I pretty much narrowed it down and you guys convinced me to go 500mg/week for 8 weeks. This is my first cycle. Read other post by me for details. Now, I have read some more and if they come in 250mg amps, should i inject both cc's on the same day??? Or should I split it up like, one cc on monday and one on thursday. Or am i wrong altogether?? Help!!     | ||

Bro... relax Monday and Thursday is perfect. you'll want to take full advantage of that propinate halflife. Sust is good shit in about four weeks you'll know what i mean. Enjoy ------------------ | ||

1cc Mon. 1cc Thurs. would be great for a first cycle. Work hard and in a couple of weeks start eating like you have a tape worm, and you'll be amazed. Alternate glutes with each injection! | ||

As said above run your injections every 3 days...and dont freak if the injection site gets sore for a few days...its normal...and it will pass. Peace, ------------------  | ||

if you can try to add in icc of deca or eq with the sust. it will lessen the pain alittle | ||

This is his first cycle Bro. Why mix something else? Let him see what sus will do for him first before adding other drugs. If he can't handle the soreness he gets from sus the day after his first injection , then he's in the wrong game! Massage the injection site with a hot rag after you shoot, and soak in a hot bath if you can. The soreness is not that bad, and it gets easier with each injection! 250 mg every three days alternating cheecks is a piece of cake! | ||

Like Mojo said massage the injection area for a few minutes and don't forget to aspirate bro. |
