Does anyone know how fast and how long it takes creatine to break down in a juice mix?? I've been mixing creatine into non citrous juice (w/extra glucose) just before drinking it but I'm getting bored of my choices in juice. B-(

It of course depends on the form of creatine and it's purity but about 20 mins or so before it starts to convert to creatinine ------------------

Arg, that's quick. Probably would be half gone by the time I finished my workout. B-( It's too bad they like to add tons of citric acid to juice packets. Anyone have any suggestions for a good juice for a stable creatine mix??

get pure creatine monohydrate and stick it in your mouth, drink it down with 50/50 mix of grape juice and grapefruit juice ------------------

The glucose is what breaks it down if you want it to stay in your system take it with water. It works alot better and also a bit better on you stomach. Juice is horiable to mix with any creatine. It totallly breaks it down.

Glucose is to trigger an insulin respose making your body take up more of the creatine. |
