I have used my shoulder, triceps, bis, calves, and back, but I can not do my legs. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Quads are my most prefered injection site. I feel absolutely nothing and I can clearly see all that is going on. I just stand at ease and let my arms hang naturaly to my sides. I put a dot of ink on my middle finger and where my finger is when I hang my arms I just touch it to my leg. Right there. Thats my sweet spot. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I only do Quad injections. It's easy, you see what you are doing and have full control!!! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Sounds as though you're hitting a nerve. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I just stand there completely relax the leg I'm gonna use, put all my weight on the opposite leg, and this works for me. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Check, where do you put the dart in your back? (This is a new one to me) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

That happens to me if my quad isnt fully relaxed. It probobly isnt a nerve unless it hurt and kind of "shocked" you, but odds are its just some blood in the muscle and the pin is causing the jump... ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I've never had this happen, try doing it while you're sitting down, and hit the outer middle of your leg, mine has never jumped. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

MINE DOESNT JUMP AS LONG AS MY LEG IS RELAXED. IF YOU PUT THE PIN IN AND THEN FOR SOME REASON FLEX YOUR QUAD OR MOVE YOUR LEG, THAT MIGHT CAUSE IT TO JUMP....ZEUS ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I've had this problem, standing up even with my weight on the other leg. I find it easier to sit on the edge of my bed with my leg out in front, so it's totally relaxed. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I ilke sitting on my bed for the shot too. You have to see where your sweet spot is. Sometimes it takes me a few jabs to get a good spot, sometimes it does not. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Yea, I'm thinking My left is flexed everytime I try it. Maybe I will sit down on the shitter and try it. It's just much easyer in the tri or shoulder, but I want to put it in my leg. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
