I usually have pretty intense leg workouts and after I do my sets of squats I kinda zone out. When I get home from the gym sometimes I hardly remember driving home. I am not crazy and I don't do drugs but Im wondering if anyone else ever feels like this. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I think I know how you feel. When I drive home I put myself into a "trance" kinda like hyptonitizing myself. I dont think its just after leg workouts though ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I'm the same a maveric, I get totally dizzy and it takes me longer than normal to just stand up. My quads swell up like crazy near my knee and I can hardly bend my legs! ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

that's because all the blood rushes to your legs, makes you feel light headed and nautios. I recommend doing abs after legs, get some blood back in your stomach. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I bend over at the waist and let some blood flow back into my brain. It looks stupid but it works for me. I some times have to do this methid after I have blood drawn. LOL I know I am a puss.......

Ryker has a good Idea you can also get a matt and lie down with your legs against the wall it works for me. I can never remember driving home. Its worthless to study or try anything that uses your mind ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I hate the way I feel for like about an hour after I do legs. Usually I get a headache and get nauseaus. I cant hardly eat either it takes all my will power just to finish my protien shake afterwards. I have only thrown up once in the gym and that was on leg day...after a good squat session.
