Ok, I have now decided to step over to the other side of making my body look better. I am 22 and weigh 165 with very very little body fat. I have lifted for about 3 years. Before i started i weighed about 147 or so. I have spent most of my time tryin to get my diet in order and such. I think I have reached a plateau. Ive upped my calories and nearly doubled my protien intake for the last 2 months. I didnt get any larger at all. So I decided to go the AS route. I have connection to get quite a bit of Sust250 and clomid. Ive done some searches but cant come up with a definite answer. I thought I might cycle it like this.

week1-250
week2-250
week3-500
week4-500
week5-500
week6-500
week7-250
week8-250

Or I thought about going 500 the whole way through. But I thought this might give me more sides. Do I need to taper at the end? I also need some help and how to take the clomid. Am i right in saying to take it 3 weeks after my last shot? And I'm not sure to take it during the cycle? I dont know what dosages either. I hope this is enough info for you guys. Thanks for making this board so informative.

I WOULD GO 500mg A WEEK STRAIGHT THROUGH THE WHOLE CYCLE. IT IS SELF TAPERING SO YOU DON'T NEED TO TAPER AT THE END. HOPE THIS HELPS A LITTLE.

My advice (worth $0.02) would be to start at no less than 500, then go down to 250 around week 5 or 6. Pyramiding the sus, especially for your first cycle, doesn't make much sense. Hit those pristine receptors for all they're worth at the beginning. Start clomid around week 7 (50 EOD), continuing to week 10 (50 ED). Have nolvadex on hand to combat gyno; at 500 gyno isn't all that likely, but since you don't know how you will respond, play it safe. Hope it helps bro. Peace!

why did you double your protein in the last two months BEFORE the cycle... your body is going to be used to that and you will not notice as good difference as you would increasing the protein right around when you start the cycle... my .02

Thats a good question mike. I increased to see if that would jolly me out of my plateau. I had made no strength gains or weight gain for about 3 months prior to upping my protien and cals. I wanted to see if upping them would get me some results on top of what I have. Its been about a month since then and I have returned to my normal protiena and cal intake. I changed my routine out alot but that didnt help either.

Bro...
now you need to friggin' eat and eat and eat.
Head to Mc Donalds on .39 cheeseburger day.
You will put on some fat but you can cut later the main thing is try to get at least 4000 calories daily and 2 gallons of water.
