Same problem man.

I believe in heavy low rep
Stick to basics
1. standing barbell curl
increase weight each set
10,8,6,4
2. standing hammer curls
3. preacher curls
4. double cable curls standing
Hope this helps you it realy works for me but makesure that each set you do you go heavy enough that your last rep or 2 you almost need a spot.

Ps if you have a workout partner get some negatives at the end of each set.wow

I have the same damn problem. Long thin arms that just don't seem to be too intersted in growing. If length determined the ultimate bicep as opposed to the peak I would be Mr. O.

Same problem, 6'4" long ass arms, which are finally starting to gain some serious size. Here is my routine.

Bi's
Stand barbell curls (heavy as I can go)or preacher curls

Across the body hammers, or one arm hammers on the preacher bench

one arm curls on preacher bench or incline curls

Tri's
skull crushers or close grip bench(my favorite)

push downs either with bar, rope or kickbacks

reverse curls or a machine for the tri's

dips

What is working for me is that fact that I never do the same exercises from week to week. I switch everything up from week to week and go as heavy as possible. Good luck Tall bro's

hey bro u know that your triceps are almost 3/4 of your arm size..so hit the triceps with low and heavy reps.
i do excurl bar 3 sets of 5
str bar 3 sets of 5
standing dumbell curls 3 sets of 8
close grip bench with ez curl bar 3 sets of 5
vbar pushdowns 3 sets of 10
vbar behide head 3 sets of 10
hey i got 18 inch arms eat a lot of protein and calories and watch your arms grow like a weed later
Speed kills but strength kills

I'm 6'3 and it's really hard to put nice size on my arms. I do arms on fridays, starting with tris and then ending with bis.

close grip bench - 4 sets, 6-8 reps
nosebreakers - 4-5 sets, warmup of 12, 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps
tricep pulldowns - 4 sets, 15-10-8, triple drop for last set(10-10-10)

barbell curls - 5 sets, 15-12-10-10-3xdrop
alternating dumbell curls - 3 x 20(10 ea arm)
concentration curls - 3x20(10ea arm)

hey dude. 6'0 with long ass arms. they are now 20 1/4" i learned not to overtrain them. arms are used in every excercise except for most leg excercises. keep in mind back, shoulder and chest days all give your arms a fair workout. i do two excercises for bis and 3 for tris. tris do make up the major portion of your upper arms so if you want larger upper arms, hit your tris a bit more than your bis.

I have really long arms. 6'2" but have a wingspan of nearly 7'. I have always disliked training arms...I like the big power movements. My arms measure about 19 right now. Anyway, here's the routine.

Train them hard, heavy, and like an animal!
Eat like a horse!
Sleep like a baby!
Grow like a monster!!

I've tried everything...My arms are my worst bodypart, but are slowly becoming my best.

They just would not grow (at all) until I started training as follows:
---------------------------------------------
Thorough warmup with superset cable curls/cable extensions.

Tricep: Skull Crushers (French Press)
Bicep: Cambered Bar Curls

Tricep: Cable Pressdowns
Bicep: Seated or Incline Dumbell Curls

Tricep: Overhead Cable Triceps Extension
Bicep: One Arm Cable Curls

---------------------------------------------
Of course I switch things up every now and then, but I mainly stick to that. I just make sure that the weight gradually increases. I hope this helps...It's working very well for me.

6'1" with long arms. Had same problem, arms look respectable when in double bicep pose but when by my side they looked like strings.
I find that they are very easy to overtrain. They get worked synergistically whenever you train chest, back and shoulders.

I have tried a lot of methods but they only started to grow when I cut back on sets. They are a small muscle group and only reqire 3-5 sets for bis and 4-6 sets for tris in total. I used to do at least double that amount and when I first tried doing less sets I felt guilty like I'd not trained them enough. Believe me it worked and still is.

Stick to basic exercises as mentioned by the other bros such as close grip press, french press, pushdowns, bb/db curls, hammers. Choose just a couple of exercises per workout (vary them from w/o to w/o) and after a warm up set go all out on the few sets that you do. Heavy but controlled. Occasionally I do throw in 1 'shaper' or isolation excercise at the end as a finisher or at the beginning sometimes as a pre-exhauster.

DO BIS AND TRIS TOGETHER. FORCING THE BLOOD IN A CONCENTRATED AREA LIKE THIS IS INCREDIBLE. FOR BICEPS AT THE END OF MY WORKOUT MY PARTNER AND I STAND FACE TO FACE WITH AN EASY CURL BAR WITH THE 35'S ON EACH SIDE. I WILL DO 5 REPS THEN PASS THE BAR TO MY PARTNER. WE GO BACK AND FORTH TO SEE WHO CAN LAST THE LONGEST. WITH A LITTLE AC/DC BLASTING IN THE BACKGROUND AND LOOKING YOUR PARTNER IN THE EYE THE WHOLE TIME YOU GET PUMPED BEYOND YOUR WILDEST IMAGINATION.

I'm 6'2 and about 200lbs. I have very long arms but they measure 17 1/2 cold. They are kinda out of perportion to my shoulders. I have had the most luck by using only dumbells. This way i can isolate each muscle better and get a good contraction. I also think its best to do tri's the same day.

Seated Alt DB Curls 3x12
Seated Iso Curls 4x10
DB Preacher Curls 2x8
Overhead Extensions 3x10
Close Grip Bench 4x6
Skull Crushers 3x10

My bi and tri routines are pretty similiar to the rest of the bros. For my forearms I usually do them right after my shoulders/ traps. My forearms have always gotten a great pump after doing sh/traps. So I started hittin the forearms right after to totally exhaust them. I have found this works far better for me then doing them on arm day. I'am also a tall guy at 6'2". So mass on arms has been an effort.
