When doing 400mg/week of deca, do you want to spread them out into 2 shots, like sun/thurs or do it in one shot on Sun? Thanks in advance for any answers     | ||

Long-lasting steroids can be injected once per week. Most people use deca once per week. I personally prefer to inject at least every third day - especially with any type of testosterone. It just feels better and it keeps the androgen level in your blood more constant. | ||

400mg of deca in one shot....isn't that about 4cc's????? How much can you inject in one shot????? | ||

It depends where you are injecting the deca. 4cc's could be alright for glutes, but maybe too much for some poeple's quads. 400mg of deca is not necessarily 4cc's either. If you have 200mg/ml deca that's only 2cc's. LATER |
