I hate all those mofos that try to convine us that our gains will be gone soon. I have yet to see this. I have gained over 75lbs in the past 3 years while on roids, i'm sure not going to loose it easily... I train hard, and eat right. Muscle mass is muscle mass no matter how you put it on. It's BS... I'm not gonna be back down to 150 anytime. As long as i keep working out i will be growing naturally as well. Sure, i'll lose water gains... But the rest is just bs... Bump if you agree ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

If done right I believe gains can be maintained. But... Just yesterday I ran into the guy that tought me how to inject. He is about 5'9" and weighed 246 @ 10% bodyfat about 1 year ago (using A-bombs and Sustanon at the time). He said he has been clean for a little over a year...He now weighs about 200 with the same bodyfat. By the way, he didn't use clomid or anything else. He DID keep training hard and eating correctly. AJC- That guy had probably already reached his natural potential. I beleive in that case, it is not possible to maintain the gains. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It's normally the people who, for one reason or another, can't get hold of gear that say this shit. Sure I lose a little bit of water but not very much good muscle mass. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

You can keep your gains, BUT you can loose them also. This has nothing to do (in my opinion) with having reached your "natural" potential. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Haven't responded to any posts for a long time but, just feel like letting some people know that I've gained up to 15 pounds naturally once off juice for a few months on an eating binge. I went from 230 to 246 when I was visiting Vegas and hanging at the all you can eats!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I believe that if you adapt you body to these new gains you will not loose anything. As long as you keep the gains for a couple of months train hard and eat right then you shouldnt lose anything. When you gain so rapidly your body gets shocked and doesnt have enough time to adapt by the time your done, that is why you lose those gains. If you maintain them long enough to adapt then you should be able to keep them. Just my .02!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

i hate to say this but i know my friend he has been jucing since he was 17 and he was always 230 or more. He has been clean for about a year and now he is 190!! But... he is ripped as shit and still has his wide back and big chest. I think he looks better this way not all fake looking. So i think some people maybe even most people do loose their gains.. three months is not enough time to see if you will lose your gains more like a year or two. G-Man ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
