THE BEST IS TO PICK A WAY AND USE THE SAME METHOD THE SAME WAY EVERYTIME. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

The water submersive method suck in my opinion. They don't take into account increased bone density that comes along with bodybuilding. I had my bf measured while I was dieting and it said I was 18%. I was very lean at the time(you could see abs) I personally like calipers myself. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

the book "The Zone" has an excellent method with chart in it...all you need is a tape measure..it is alway right on with my caliper test...if you use it every time you can tell if you are going up or down at least... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

You can get a BF scale off of EBAY for around $35 it uses bioelectrical impedence analysis. Mine seems pretty accurate, I can step on and off 3 times and get the same weight and BF reading. Haven't compared it to the calipers though. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
