ive been fighting in nhb for a few years now and have two basic Q's. Number one, is there any other fighters on this board? #2- Its a general consensus in the fight community that gear will basically make you have bad cardio, either due to too much mass or some other mechanism. However, I know that a lot of olympic athletes, even endurance athletes have tested positive for things, so my question is, what would be ideal for a fighter who needs strength and explosiveness, but also really has to worry about gassing out if they have to fight for almost half an hour????? thanks

Hey I am also a fighter and have been fighting since i was about 7 years old. I know how important it is to have quickness but also to have power. Give me your stats but I would probably say that winny is a good way to go if you are looking to increase power as well as speed. ------------------

I was a top amatuer boxer, but never really messed with AS back then. If it was now, I would prob do some EQ and winny due to edurance and stamina reportidly increasing. Whats your style (submission, striking, etc)

I know a professional wrestler and he swears by tren. Lots of strenght and hardness without all the size. Later, Green

i do freesyle sport karate and am about to start my first cycle. i dont really think that the gear will interfere with overall cardio fitness too much.

my dad his brothers were all NYFD battilion chiefs, my brothers all NYFD firefighters. there are many who compete and juice. yes without cardio certain drugs will make you huff and puff ( not good for firefighting) but with cardio it would not matter. test, d bol, anadrol or any that pack on weight would be considered risky but deca, primo, equipose would be better choices if cardio was not an option. you guys have my respect

thanks for all the info, and keep it coming if anyone else has any input. Ive been boxing since 6 yrs old, and then I started jiujitsu after I saw the first few UFC's. Also, would eq or winny make u need nolvadex/clomid,etc, or could u do it by itself?

I am/was a fighter. I have been bodybuilding for 12 years and have 15 years exp. in martial arts. I currently run my own schools in Freestyle Martial Arts and have experience in most fighting styles. Currently I am looking to compete in a bodybuilding show in 12 months and am at present packing on as much size as possible. Although I still teach I have to keep my cardio to a minimum. AS can help you as a fighter in my experience although the types/amounts used in bodybuilding can cause you to feel slower, not as fit and added size will restrict your movement. You will definately get increases in power which is good and added weight can be a bonus in grappling style fighting. As for toe to toe fighting such as boxing, muay thai, karate etc. where a lot more breathing is required, overuse of high androgenic substances will cause you to run out of steam quicker. I can say this from personal experience. It all depends on the style of fighting which you are doing. Different training stratergies should be adopted as well depending upon what you are going in for. I could go into a lot of detail here but this would take a long time. If you feel that I can offer you any advice then feel free to e-mail me and I would be glad to help. |
