Im doing chest today, so maybe i can shove this "soon to be gyno" out of my fucking nipples and out of my body! Just kidding.....im really gonna get a buddy to cut my nips open after work, and scoop it out for me. Then im going to go do chest.

I was going to do chest today, unfortunately all the gyms here are closed for the holiday.
I would have done the following:

4 Sets of heavy Bench \
4 Sets of Pullovers / Superpet

3 Sets of Flyes
3 sets of pushups

4 sets of Cable x-overs \
4 sets of Cable Scoops / superset

5 SETS INCLINE DUMBELL PRESS START W/100'S AND PYRAMID DOWN 15 REPS EACH SET

5 SETS FLYES START WITH 75'S AND PYRAMID DOWN 15 REPS EACH SET

3 SETS BARBELL PRESSES HEAVIEST I CAN GO FOR 4 REPS EACH SET.

Yup today was chest for me too, oh and 250mg of sustanon (yeaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!)As far as i am concerned i stick with heavy dumbbells for chest and my shit finally is growing. In my opinion barbell work puts too much stress on the delts and tris and i can't get much growth in the pecs. It was hard for me cause everyone wnats to know how much i bench and its hard to tell 'em i don't know. But i am a bodybuilder not a power lifter and dumbbells just seem to make me grow. I think sometimes a big ego gets in the way of getting big.

I try and stay away from trying to do chest on Monday as it seems everyone and their brother are doing bench on Mondays. So I opt for squats instead.

How many of you guys do your chest twice a week? Most people say its overtraining, but I think I might be getting better results with 3-4 day intervals. What do you think?

I did chest today, new gym and back from an injury. Felt like a moron, walking around not knowing where anything is, and looking like I was lost. Tried to play it as cool as I could. Sat down at a machine and realized I had no idea what it was for, so did some stretching, pretended I just need a rest and moved on. felt good to get back in the gym though.
