punch Yup today was chest for me too, oh and 250mg of sustanon (yeaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!)As far as i am concerned i stick with heavy dumbbells for chest and my shit finally is growing. In my opinion barbell work puts too much stress on the delts and tris and i can't get much growth in the pecs. It was hard for me cause everyone wnats to know how much i bench and its hard to tell 'em i don't know. But i am a bodybuilder not a power lifter and dumbbells just seem to make me grow. I think sometimes a big ego gets in the way of getting big. ------------------ | ||

I try and stay away from trying to do chest on Monday as it seems everyone and their brother are doing bench on Mondays. So I opt for squats instead. | ||

Done chest today! 4 sets of Flat Bench (barbell) 4 sets of Incline Press (dumbell) 3 sets of Pullovers (dumbell) 3 sets of Cable Crossovers Had a great workout too!

4 sets flat bench 4 sets smith machine incline 4 sets decline 4 sets dumbell flies 4 sets close grip bench w/ super set of nose breakers 4 sets cable push downs 4 sets rope push downs 4 sets dips Calves & Abs (walk home and mountain of hamburger meat and pasta) Good Luck | ||

I did chest today, new gym and back from an injury. Felt like a moron, walking around not knowing where anything is, and looking like I was lost. Tried to play it as cool as I could. Sat down at a machine and realized I had no idea what it was for, so did some stretching, pretended I just need a rest and moved on. felt good to get back in the gym though. |
