I am planning a cycle of Sustonan and EQ, and want to include one or the other to prevent aromatization. Now I know everyone say's Arimidex is the best for the job, but Proviron sounds like it should also do the trick as it prevents aromatization rather than just block it as Nolvadex does. I have not had a problem with gyno in the past, but have also not used Test in a cycle before either. I would prefer take Proviron or Arimidex throughout rather than find out the hard way if I am prone to gyno. Can anyone enlighten me on the pro's and con's of these two drugs. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Ok I have read Twisted Steels post about Arimidex and see that because it prevents the convertion of test to estrogen, rather than just block the estrogen receptors (as does Nolvadex) it is the better choice. I have rarely seen input on Proviron, which upon searching, say's it too prevents the aromatization of steroids. What are the disadvantages to Proviron? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Provirons strength compared to arimidex as an aromitase inhibitor is very weak. There really is no comparison.Provirons strength lies more in its ability to free up bound testosterone. [This message has been edited by HUCKLEBERRY FINNaplex (edited October 09, 2000).] ![]() ![]() ![]()

Armidex is the better of the 2 drugs, and is the most effective. If using Proviron, use 50 mg every day. The disadvantage of Proviron is that it will slightly inhibit test production because it is an androgen. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
