Well, I just got out of the hospital after almost two weeks. Had to get emergency surgery to remove an abcess under my left glute. I had just ended my cycle about a month ago.....ALWAYS used clean needles. I don't know haw this could have happened. I know I got REAL sore after injecting Winny EOD....then about two weeks ago my whole left leg was so sor I couldn't even walk on it. Then I started getting a huge lump near my left hip. Anyway, they sent me right to the emergency room and i had to get an incision and get drained. They said they drained about two coke cans worth of infection out. Been on morphine for a week and a half, and i am still on IV antibiotics until next wednesday. Anybody else ever had a problem like this?? D.    | ||

Did you query the docs as to what may have caused it? You used clean needles (and I assume proper injection technique) so what was the cause, the gear? Good to hear you are recovering, good luck. Later, | ||

Dylan-Sorry about the abcess. Was yoour Stanosus bought domestically or in Mex? I haven't heard of any abcesses from that-only bogus Upjohn/Winthrop Winnie V. Apparently a well known guy injected it and it turned out to be Armor All! ------------------ | ||

I bought the Winny domestic. The doc couldn't give me a clue as to what caused it. And always make sure you use alcohol to clean the area BEFORE and AFTER injecting. Any little piece of dirt can cause an infection. D. | ||

The abcess could have been caused by the winstrol. aqueous suspensions are notorious for going bad. If any bacteria gets in the bottle and if it gets a little to warm it because a breeding ground. That is why after you first use the bottle you supposed to use it all within 30days. Just my .2c ------------------ | ||

I have used Stanozolol and never had any problems. BUT...last year, one of my good buds had some of the Upjohn V, and it was fake as hell. He too had the same problem you had, and had to go have his abcess drained and dressed. It was totally gruesome, and to this day, you can still see his scars on his ass. I actually had some of the fake shit myself, but ended it right when he told me it was bogus. I never had any problems, thank God. Oh, one thing......i kept the rest of it, and i had already drawn out 1 cc in a syringe that i was going to use before i found out it was fake. I kept it, and about 2 months later, it started developing green moldy looking stuff in the syringe! ------------------ | ||

I knew someone who had one removed too. Interestingly, it also was from Winstrol injected in the glute. What kind of Winstrol were you using? | ||

Hey Flexxx, That's interesting about the winny getting hot and causing aw breeding ground for bacteria. I had kept mine in my car for a day and it got pretty warm in there. When I injected it the bottle was still warm. As for the docs and parents knowing, well i didn't have to worry about the p's since I live on my own. |
