I use the stuff all the time, but I actually purchased it in bulk while I was in India. It is usually sold at Ayruvedic shops, so you might want to try searching the net using keywords such as Ayruveda or "The Himalaya Drug Co. (the manufacturer). I think of it as Milk Thistle with a kick. It is the number 1 remedy over there for alcohol and narcotic detoxification - so it's at least worth a shot. | ||

It's 100% legal, I walked straight through customs with about 10 bottles of it. They even joked with me about it. All it consists of is herbs and glycerol. | ||

thanks primo. It is the ultimate liver protector rejuvinator. i have read up on a few studies of this and chirrosis of the liver, it totally improves liver function and helps rejuvinate liver cells. From what i have heard, it is much better than milk thistle. | ||

i found a place that sells stimuliv which is another company's knockoff of liv52. the place i talked to said that they stopped selling liv 52 because of some quality control problems from the company in india. the stimuliv is prescription also and a little more expensive, but damn it sounds like the shit!!! | ||

I read over at Renegade that this website sells something called "Liver Care" which is supposed to be the same thing. I compared the ingredients with the "Liv 52" from the The Himalaya Drug Co. web site and they are the same thing. check out these two web sites: for "Liver Care": http://himalayausa.com/husa/products.htm

In the UK liv52 is distributed by Vedic Medical Hall Ltd., 6 Chiltern Street, London, W1M 1PA if that's any help. I buy it at my local BB supplies store but that's the address on the bottle I have in front of me. | ||
