I have never used AS. I train hard and pay careful attention to nutrition. My problem is poor genetics. While I build muscle at a more or less average rate, I easily store bodyfat and always have to diet severely to get rid of it, often costing me a great deal of strength. From what I have read, a light cycle of deca, to the order of 100mg in week1, 200mg in week2, 300mg in weeks3, 4, 5, 200mg in week6 and 100mg in weeks 7 & 8, could go along way towards anti-catabolism during a dieting phase. While I am not new to or ignorant in the fields of trining and nutrition, I still do not know very much about AS, which is why I plan on gathering as much information as possible before attempting to use them. My question is if the light deca-durabolin cycle outlined above would be beneficial in maintaing or even slightly increasing strength/mass while dieting? I have no desire to gain large ammounts of mass, I simply wish to get lean while keeping my strength (I have reached levels of body fat in the 5% range in the past, but sacrificed much to do so). Also, I would like to gather any opinions or experiences pertaining to whether or not anti-estrogens would be necessary with such low doses of deca? Are these low doses likely to produce any sideffects at all? Thanks in advance. | ||

For what you want to do, primobolan seems like a better option in my opinion. | ||

While no anabolic actually mobilizes your fat stores (except maybe oxandrolone), they will help you utilize the nutrients which you say you already are providing your body. The end result, of course, is increased coding for aminos and a high amount of protein synthesis. Deca is a mild anabolic by all means, but like previously said primobolan would probably be a better choice for you. It was the sole component of my first cycle and to my surprise I actually gained a solid 10 pounds, and kept about 75% of it. However if deca is your only option, it is one of the AS that should be tapered. Proviron might also be a good bet, it gives you an especially hard look - when your at an already low bodyfat percentage. Finally, clen could be utilized, besides its usual benefits, it also has anti-catabolic properties. |
