ONE WORD HERE BROS YUMMMMMMMY!
You get 4 for like 7.50, they come in the three basic flavors, chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. AT 200 calories per with 20 grams of protein, and 20 carbs, with 4.5 grams of fat, a little amount of fiber. These are excellent to take to work in your cooler as a snack between meals. I was a little disaapointed that they do contain 16 grams of sugar, but hey they taste a hell of a lot better than a protein powder you would mix with water. If you are not cutting and are planning to bulk a little sugar is good for the brain. I recommend you bros try em out. No i do not get sponsored by myoplex for all the smart asses out there Heh heh.

The best thing about them for me is that they don't need refrigeration. I can carry the around in my backpack to classes and not worry about having to mix something up.

Are they a new product? My normal shake is Myoplex, and I've never seen them before as a pre-mix. I will have to look for them.. I guess I will buy a copy of Muscle Media they are probably plastered all over the magazine LOL

Thanks for the info Decaman....
