Ok, my normal intake is 2600-2800 cals/day While on, my intake is up to 4000-4600/day. im 5 days into this and having trouble eating. Im not frickin hungry anymore. I thought it would be easy, fun, however, this is way to many calories. How do you cope with this? Anyone else having this problem? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Try adding @ 300mg/wk of EQ to your cycle. Within about 10 days, it makes me so hungry I could eat 24 hours a day. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

An herb called BLESSED THISTLE..not to get confused with Milk thistle.It's pretty cheap to buy and its supposed to work great. this is a problem i've never had. both a blessing and a curse i guess. dieting is total HELL. bulking is great even if i take 6-7k calories that are all fairly clean. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
