Bros, I promised I'd keep you up to date on my cycle, so here it is. I really believe that posting this info is a great idea since it benefits me (constructive critisism) and benefits all the newbies out there. This is my second cycle, the first being sust/deca (which I didn't eat/train/sleep well enough on *at all*) WK/Sust/Deca/Dbol(Ref-B) Also taking clomid EOD through cycle. My daily diet is composed of the following: Myoplex Deluxe in the Morning & before bed Stats: Sept 31st -- 6'1" 198 (Unknown BF%) So far I've been alternating and spacing out 500mg and 250mg sust on Mondays and Thursdays. Only side effects right now is a seriously sore ass thats preventing me from sitting down and that I'm having a hard time sleeping. Please critique as needed -- Its not too late to make some changes. i am starting the same cycle very shortly. Except I will be using Omna and Thai's instead. I have one question?? This is suppose to be a bulking cycle, why are you eating so clean??? You should be taking in as many calories(good or bad) as possible!! I ate clean like you are, when I was on eq and winny. I have 6 buckets of Gainers Fuel 2500(2500 calories per shake) and plan on eating at least 3000 more calories daily!!! Good or bad!! plus takin gin at leat 400 grams of protein. I am currently 5'11 and weigh 202. I plan on reching the 230 weight class by cycle end. After all water goes, I am hoping for 220. | ||

The reason I'm eating clean is because I believe i'm an endomorph ... I pack on bodyfat quite easily. Also, I figure I can take in just the same amount of calories eating clean -- making me feel good and energetic. I'd rather do that than eat burgers and fries all day and end up with digestive problems. I find myself getting tired and lazy when I binge, so I keep my diet clean to keep my energy levels high so that I can throw around the weights with crazy intensity. I do, however give myself (2) cheat days a week where I tear apart my favorite foods. I had two homemade 1-pound hamburgers yesterday that definitely hit the spot right after a nice squatting session at the gym -- and I washed it down with a protein shake.. For someone whos more of an ectomorph, I'd suggest eating anything in sight and adding in all the extra calories from anything and anywhere. "here kitty kitty kitty...." =) | ||

I understand where you're coming from, but you really need to eat more. More carbs.. more meat. I don't know why everyone is stuck on the idea that chicken, rice, and protein drinks will make you frow. I'm sure most people have tried this "bodybuilder" diet- and while it's good for maintaining and keeping lean- it won't do shit for building mass. I've done it and it's a crock of shit. My suggestion is to eat more red meat, carbs (pasta), dairy products (cheese, ice cream).. remember, you're on juice- you have those extra hormones in your body, so you're not the same as you were without them. EAT AND GROW!!! If you're sweating bodyfat, then throw in 30 min of intense cardio twice or three times a week. | ||

Diesel .. point taken brother. I'll be making a trip to the supermarket tomorrow and i'll keep your suggestions in mind. As far as strength stats .. the strength gains should start hitting me this week .. i'll post some numbers in my next update. | ||

Question -- I usually eat about 10 eggs whites every morning with 2-3 yolks. Should I up my daily intake of yolks, or should I be worrying about cholesterol levels? | ||

Are eggs your entire breakfast? 2-3 egg yolks is ok. Throw in some blueberry pancakes, sausage/bacon.. TREAT YOURSELF! EAT THOSE CARBS! Remember protein is protein. You need your glycogen (CARBS).. don't forget the carbs. | ||

the yolk contains lecithin which helps control cholesterol levels. when I personally eat that much I'll split em'. 4 whole eggs then 4 whites. | ||

I'm with Sittin' on Diesel on this one. You need those carbs and especially that red meat to really grow. |
