Well injection #1 was last night and tonight was #2. I opted to give the quad a whirl tonight. It was leaps and bounds easier than the glute. I simply stood up and let my arms hang freely and naturaly to my sides. Spotted where my index finger was and put a dot with a pen there. It was about half way up my thigh and about 3 inches off center of the thigh on the outside half. An area with good solid muscle, hard not to get a good deep muscle injection. I was able to see and controll everything. This made it oh so simlpe. There was absolutely no pain. I felt nothing at all. I injected slowly. This was easy as I could clearly see and feel waht I was doing. Summary: Quad injection; quite pleasant actually. No pain and great ease. Really can't f**k it up. I thought I would share this cause I have seen a good many questions regarding quad shots. Perhaps this can be of some help to those whom may be interested. Happy growing bros!!!     | ||
