I say why not both. I would really classify it as a back exercise, but it can be used for upper chest. For chest, keep your arms a bit straighter and only bring the dumbell to a position just past your forehead. For back, keep a slight bend in the arms throughout the movement, try to flare your lats out and bring the dumbell all the way over your sternum. In both movements I also get an incredible tricep stretch. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

thanks guys, yesterday i did pullovers on my chest day and this moening my lats hurt like a mofo. i think im going to save pullovers for back day ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
