Where do you all get yours? As far as the caps go, I don't have access to anyone that can get me the straight herbs. Also, is LIV52 sold in the US? THANKS     | ||

I dont know about liv52, but milk thistle is sometimes in grocery stores---I've seen it in Publix. If you are near a large Walmart, they might carry it too. If not, there's always fitness/vitamin stores like GNC, but as I'm sure you know, they arent always the cheapest place. | ||

I figure walmart is not the cheapest place. It's 9 bucks for a bottle of 60 that are 140mg silymarin,,,,, id have to take 4 a day (i think regular dosage is like 600mg a day), so id have 15 days worth.... Just trying to save a buck.... | ||

4 a day? I take about 500mg 3 times a day. That's about 9 caps total. Anyone else have any thoughts on dosage? Huck Finn, you always have a good opinion. | ||

I would just take 3 daily at 500mg. However, i would start 2 weeks berfore you start your cycle.Heard it takes a little while before thistle starts actually clensing(sp) your liver. |
