Ok...this is what i need help on. i just finished a 8 week cycle of sust/d-bol...I gain about 15 pounds and kept about 12 of it..My friend who started at the same time and got our gear from the same guy gain 25 and kept about 21 of it...we worked out together for the entire cycle and ate basically the same thing...I was wondering why my gains were not as high as his...We did use anti-estrogen throughtout the cycle...Any help will be great and if anyone has a better cycle PLEASE let me know i want to gain alot more than 12 pounds...thanks

bro....

a lot of it is genetics....some people gain more than others, bottom line. i know it sucks! this is the reason why there are so many differences of opinion on cycling out there.

try different drugs next time. just for an example, i know that nandrolone doesn't do shit for me, but boldenone does miraculous wonders for me

Genetics, and diet.. You didn't mention anything about your diets or rest. Those 2 thing make up alot of your gains..

Genetics is the key factor.That's why you always should start on low dosages.If you are not satisfied with the results,you can always gradually increase the dosages until you feel like you are progressing.
Diet though,is 99% of the game. Without heavy food energy,you can't muster up the energy to keep training intensely.Also, protein intake should be at least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. Steroids need protein in order to keep your body in a state of positive nitrogen balance 24 hrs. a day. Eat every 2 hrs. after your previous meal. If you can't eat,drink a weight gainer shake or a good whey protein powder supplement along with some carbs.
