Hey fellas, It seems I'm not lifting as hard as I used to. I don't know if I'm losing interest or what. I think I hit a plateau and it's effecting my mind. Any help?

take 5 days off....do not go to gym...take 30 minutes walks... when you go back go a little lighter than normal for the 1st week....works every time for everyone!

try some hydroxycut or thermadrene. I don't know what to do with myself when I"m on that shit, I can't stay still. It kinda makes me go to the gym I get so buzzed. Of course I way OD on the shit. Or just take a break. After a few days you'll feel bored or guilty and that will make you hit the gym.

Take some Xenadrine.(it's gotta be from the U.s though because the Can. ones are weaker). I took this will some Cell-tech 2 months after my cycle and the rush from the Xenadrine gives you the urge to train and the drive just comes back like you were on. Try it and see for yourself.

Take some time off and switch your routine around, including doing some new exercises. Get your ass back in gear, summer is only 8 short months away. Good Luck. ------------------

Yeah I was the same way.... Try workin out in the same place you work at. I work at the gym and I work out there too. That's the best way to lose motivation, Im there basically 24/7. I took a week off, (from work and the gym) Ate whatever and did whatever. Didnt step into that place for 1 week and when I came back It felt real good!! If that dosent help, try joining a different gym. Different scenery.

I know what your saying bro. It's not tiredness, just plain routine. You long to feel that buzz again. We all have bad times and good ones. What you need is something to aim for. A comp. a fellow BB who you wanna get better than, a certain weight/size. Setting yourself goals will definately make you wanna work harder. How is everything else - you are only as strong as your weakest link so check your diet, rest, training and outside gym activities. |
