There should be a grid and watermark on one side of the card with each square representing 10mg. If not, you have the earlier 5.8mg paper. Check with your source. These squares can be cut up as needed and either placed in empty gelatin capsules for ease of swallowing or simply ingested as is. It has been indicated that there may be greater / faster absorption if the square is held under the tongue for a while prior to swallowing. However, due to the slightly bitter taste this method may not be suitable for everyone! Just pop it, sit back and enjoy! :-) ------------------ |
