I posted yesterday about how I felt totally guilty for splurging on high fat/high carb foods after being on a totally clean chicken, egg white, and rice diet. I splurged because I felt like total crap (no energy at all!) But today I feel like a new man!! I'm full of energy ready to do another 3 weeks of starvation!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Harmonic---I admire you if you are only doing 1 cheat day every 3 weeks. Surely that cant hurt anything. I've noticed alot of guys say they have 1 a week or even more often---that seems to defeat the point of the diet if you cheat every few days.
