I have a pretty bad time with marks too.

I like the cheaper cocoa butter creams made for stretch marks. Vit E oil might help to (I didn't get as much success with it)

"BalmBarr" (hand and body, cocoa butter formula) from bartell drugs has been my favorite.

Your not the only dude with stretch marks on his ASS!!! don't worry. It sucks.

p.s. I even have a real tiny one on my forearm. ya my damn forearm.

It can take a long time bro. Stretch marks are tears in the skin, kinda like scar tissue. Vitamin E cream will help speed up the process but don't expect miracles. It could still take up to a year. The vitamin E will definately help stop them from getting any worse though. Vitamin E tabs/caps can help as well. It seems to help give your skin more elasticity.

Retin A, especially the Ultra Gel will bleach them

There is also a product (can't think of the name) that is a mixture of vitamin e and onion extraction juice. It is very good. IT is OTC, ask the pharmacist about it. It is about $12 per tube.

I had a baby 14 months ago and during my pregnancy I gained 70 pounds (I lost it all I'm 105 pounds now) anyway my stretch marks were terrible for the first 6 to 8 months and even though there still noticible there white but when i tan once a week you can barely tell. I'm also going to get laser surgery on them next month it's something like removing a tatoo but less painfull.
Good luck.

You should try using some kind of lotion every time you get out of the shower. Try Cocoa Butter, I heard that works real good. Do you stretch between sets and after your workouts??

Post when you have your surgery so we know how well that works and how much it costs.

I used the Reginol cream from www.stretchmark.com

I didn't knotive that it did anything. MIne are old and white from when I was "fat bastard" though. Tanning does help.

Please keep us updated on the surgery so we can know if it was successful.. from what i have heard it has not been that successful with the lasers only makes them slightly less noticeable but id love for you to come back and give us good results cuz ill make an appointment tommorow... lol.. also to answer the other question i never really stretch that much sometimes between sets.. do you think there is a ling between getting stretch marks and not stretching? i dont see how but if you know something i dont please let me know..
