From my understanding, it's legal to import it, but it's illegal to have possesion w/o a script. What Huck said makes sense too, but how much is considered personal use? ------------------

No, it is not legal! Perhaps the guys above assumed you were from the U.S. I can't comment on American laws. In Canada, it is a violation of the Food and Drugs Act to import a Schedule F drug, which unfortunately includes clomid. Food and Drugs Act Subject to subsection (2) no person other than You are none of the above. Subsection (2) just deals with veterinary medicine and labelling. Having stated the law, I wouldn't let that stop you. Clomid is rarely seized, especially if the packaging is good. [This message has been edited by Anabolicum Mister (edited October 04, 2000).]

Well backed reply AM. I didn't think this fucking country would let us get away with that. Unfortunately!!! ------------------

I had no problem receiving my order from Europe a couple of weeks ago. None of the people I have ever talked to have had it seized. AM is correct about the laws concerning import, but it will pass through customs nonetheless 99% of the time.

To do so would be in contravention of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. In addition note that importation of AS can be an indictable offence. Here is an excerpt of that Act: Importing and exporting
Possession for the purpose of exporting
Punishment
Those are the facts. It's your call bro! [This message has been edited by Anabolicum Mister (edited October 04, 2000).] [This message has been edited by Anabolicum Mister (edited October 04, 2000).] |
