From my understanding, it's legal to import it, but it's illegal to have possesion w/o a script. What Huck said makes sense too, but how much is considered personal use?

No, it is not legal! Perhaps the guys above assumed you were from the U.S. I can't comment on American laws.

In Canada, it is a violation of the Food and Drugs Act to import a Schedule F drug, which unfortunately includes clomid.

Food and Drugs Act
Part C, Division 1
Paragraph C.01.045

Subject to subsection (2) no person other than
(a) a practitioner
(b) a drug manufacturer
(c) a wholesale druggist
(d) a registered pharmacist; or
(e) a resident of a foreign country while a visitor to Canada,
shall import a Schedule F Drug.

You are none of the above. Subsection (2) just deals with veterinary medicine and labelling.

Having stated the law, I wouldn't let that stop you. Clomid is rarely seized, especially if the packaging is good.

I had no problem receiving my order from Europe a couple of weeks ago. None of the people I have ever talked to have had it seized. AM is correct about the laws concerning import, but it will pass through customs nonetheless 99% of the time.

To do so would be in contravention of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. In addition note that importation of AS can be an indictable offence. Here is an excerpt of that Act:

Importing and exporting

6. (1) Except as authorized under the regulations, no person shall import into
Canada or export from Canada a substance included in Schedule I, II, III, IV, V
or VI.

Possession for the purpose of exporting

(2) Except as authorized under the regulations, no person shall possess a
substance included in Schedule I, II, III, IV, V or VI for the purpose of
exporting it from Canada.

Punishment

(3) Every person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2)

(a) where the subject-matter of the offence is a substance included in Schedule
I or II, is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for life;

(b) where the subject-matter of the offence is a substance included in Schedule
III or VI,

(i) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not
exceeding ten years, or

(ii) is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable to
imprisonment for a term not exceeding eighteen months; and

(c) where the subject-matter of the offence is a substance included in Schedule
IV or V,

(i) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not
exceeding three years, or

(ii) is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction and liable to
imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.

Those are the facts. It's your call bro!
