I'm trying to figure out a diet (to build mass). I'm 26 years old, about 6'00" tall, and currently weigh about 200 lbs.. A week ago I started 750 mg. of test. enanthate, 750 mg. Sostanon, and 200 mg. of Deca. I of course want to gain as much as possible. It's been awhile since I've taken any gear, but now I've come to my senses and started back. My question is this: How do I figure out the amount (percentage) of carbs, fat, protein that I need to take in, in conjunction with my calorie intake? It's been about two years since I've been serious in the gym. I was figuring to set a calorie amount, and then try to get about 25%protein, 25%fat, and the other 50% carbs. Is that a decent way to figure it? Ball-park figure....How much fat intake do you think some of the pros take in during their off-season? Flexmex, or anyone else for that matter...since I have only a limited supply of deca, what do you think is the least amount I could stack with the Sost.250 and test, and still get happy results??? | ||

i use a very simple equation when determining what to eat when trying to gain mass while on a bulking cycle... 350-400 grams of protein and as many calories i can consume... i usually break it down into 6 meals a day with approximately 60 grams of protein per meal....i try to make the protein a priority with each meal, then whatever i can get down my throat in carbs and additional protein and fat is a bonus i find it extremely difficult to keep eating this way for long periods of time...but in the end, it's worth it! the main point here is to eat enough meals and enough protein at each meal! happy gaining bro! ------------------ |
