I used 50mg eod on my recent cycle, and am now taking 100mg ed for a few weeks. The boys have been full and working fine. I really got a good laugh the other day when some new guy stated very matter-of-factly that deca would not cause gyno. HA! imagine that? (idiot That prompted me to spend the money for the select board...  | ||

Oh that crap. Why do you listen to that utter bullshit? The manufacturer's have asked for permission from the FDA for it's use in men as a treatment for an insufficient sperm count. If it's approved insurance companies will be paying for it as a fertility drug for men. Where is AM? | ||

Clomid should not be used EOD because it is liver toxic (just kidding...I wanted to get a rise out of Ulter...hehehe). I somewhat agree with TS on this issue. I really don't see the point to using clomid EOD on cycle unless: a) you are using it as anti-estrogen insurance I admit I have not thorougly researched clomid. TS seems to have much more information in his thread about this. A comment on Ulter's point about the FDA approving it for oligospermia: I assume that the indication would be for oligospermia caused by hypogonadism secondary to low levels of LH and FSH. If this is the case, then clomid would hopefully boost these levels back into the normal range. Therefore, these people would probably have HPTA problems to begin with. BTW Ulter, are you sponsored by the FDA or something? You always reference them in your posts | ||

depends on what your on and for how long. on a short cycle with test i would use for 4weeks last two and two weeks after 2 tabs per day. if you have been on for a while i would take more often to keep gains and jump start body. i was on way to long and it tokk both clomid and hcg to jump start my body from being on way to long and to high of dose. | ||

"Some might ask now what such a compound is doing in the drug arsenal of athletes. Those who know the effect of Clomid will immediately understand why it is used by numerous athletes. Clomid, by setting in motion the process of releasing hormones, stimulates the release of gonadotropin and triggers ovulation in women with anovulatoryy cycles and who are sterile because of this. Although this is actually a drug destined for women its effect on men is undisputed. The manufacturer of Dyneric, the Merrill Dow Pharma Gmbh, writes in its package insert for the german version of Clomid: "Dyneric causes an improved activity between mid-brain, pituitary gland, and ovaries." What however is not mentioned is that Dyneric also improves the activity between mid-brain (hypothalamus), pituitary gland thypophysis, and testes in men. Clomid has a strong influence on the hypothalamohypophysical testicular axis. It stimulates the hypophysis to release more gonadotropin so that a faster and higher release of FSH ( follicle stimulatinf hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone) occurs. This results in an elevated endogenous ( body's own testosterone level). Clomidis especially effective when the body's own testosterone production. due to the intake of anabolic/androgenic steriods, is suppressed. In most cases Clomid can normalize the testosterone level and the spermatogenisis ( sperm development) within 10-14 days. For this reason Clomid is primarily taken after steriods are discontinued. At this time it is extremely important to, bring the testosterone production to a normal level as quickly as possible so that the loss of strength and muscle mass is minimized. Clomid plays crucial role in preventing a crash- dramatic loss of strength and size. | ||
