I've been training naturally for two years now. My focus has been maintaining muscle while loosing body fat. I've lost 70lbs of fat while keeping most of my strength. I think I need to lose about 30lbs more to be shreded. Yeah, I was Fat Bastard. I'm 6ft, 205lbs at 12% BF. I've never used gear. I would like to cut up and gain/ maintain, then go for size.

My diet and cardio have gotten me this far but I'm not making any progress now. Ideas?

I've also read the newbie post about finding a source. I'm not asking for a source, rather additional pointers on finding one if need be. I workout at home, so I'm not in the gym atmosphere and don't know anyone who does or has used. BTW, if your a scammer and you email me I will find out and you will die!

Any help is appreciated.

Actually I need to lose about 25lbs and I'm probably at like 13 -14% bf.

I have used ECA for a long time now. I've been reading the boards as well.

I think ECA works to an extent. Wondering if adding addiotional muscle mass will increase my metabolism enough to continue fat loss after a cycle.

litterly, u need to figure out how many cal. a day u need and drop ur cals till u start droping fat
there are forulmas to follow for this,,,, and having ur body fat tested weekly

it takes effert, and 30 min of cardo a day, and a exterme close watch on ur diet
but very dueable

Thanks for your reply. Just so everyone understands, I've lost most of the weight. I'm wondering about bulking now and then getting cut up. Any other ideas?

I've been doing body opus (w/o the insulin) and that's how I kept most of my strength. Doing all this naturally has been tough. I'm just wondering if it's time to add gear.

i'm guessing that your not looking to get huge, just a little more mass and lose the rest of the bf. in this case a cycle of winstrol would work very well for you.
you could also go with some fina which easily obtained. but for fina don't go above 80mg every other day for a first cycle. for tons of info on fina check out
Mr.H's website.

That's right Psyco, I'm not trying to get huge right now. I'm just tired of dieting and watching my strength level or go down slightly. I'm wondering if these cycles described here are right for a first timer. Everyone says not to screw up your first time because that should be your best cycle. Thanks.
