Whats the best way of cutting up especially for abs to show? As of now, I have cut out carbs to utilize the thin layer of fat over the abs as fuel. Once I get the cuts, then I can start adding in carbs generously until I notice negative results. I also plan to use Winny as well. Whadda ya think about this? ((This is just for information puposes only and should not be attempted at home without consulting your physician first..hehehe)) **Before you ask, yes I am on a good diet and yes, I work out regularly (as if that even needs to be said) I'm also doing a day of full cardio a week (1 hour) as well as 20 minutes a day after workouts. When would the winny be appropriate, and is that enough? ------------------ Rock On! | ||

I think clen would work better than the winny, if your only goal is to see your abs. Later. ------------------ | ||

Clen and T3 are both good at cutting you up. You could also do a winny/primo or a winny/Eq cycle. That way you could make some strength gains while cutting up. |
