Yesterday was the 1st shot of week six of my sustanon only cycle(niles, 500mg/week). Anyhow week 3 came with some weight gain and marginal strength gain. The same for week 4. During week 5 it appeared that i had reached a plateau. However, week 6 is a different story. Changes in size are readily apparent and i seem to be growing on an almost daily basis. As far as strength is concerned i did seated rows today with the stack plus 30lbs of stackables and a 25 hanging off the pin for sets of 12.At that point i stopped cause there wasn't a way to add more weight. Then i moved to bent rows and for my 1st set I used my previous working set poundage and on the 1st rep it came up so easy i jerked it right into my gut,HARD!!! thankfully i was wearing my belt. The point is for all of you bros out there that are worried your shit might be fake cause its week 4 and nothing is happening, give it time!!! You will grow.
Oh yeah when i started i was about 194 and i am currently at 215 with 2 weeks left and 3 weeks before the sust is no longer active.
