Yeah, the first week can be a bitch! Hang in there, it gets easier. Entering ketosis for the first time is not always pleasant. The ketones in your blood will make it more acidic, and when you combine that with some lactic acid from your workouts, you may very well end up feeling nausious.

Also the low bloodsugar level is hard to deal with. Your brain loves sugar when you take it away it freaks. It makes me like an addict goin through DTs.

In my case it went away about day 4 of first keto cycle, never came back on consecutive cycles. Good luck bro. Peace!

I tried everything from clen to dnp, nothing worked for me. But I have to tell you, the keto diet works big time. I never followed lyle's or duchaine's method of workout, I just sticked with my normal routine with that I managed to shed off almost 15lbs of fat in about 4 weeks or so. Hang in there bro!

I find it helpful if you throw in some ECA 3xday to help boost your energy levels while carb depleting

Usually after the fourth day on a Keto diet, my body adjusts and energy levels increase. Hang in there and good luck.

MR. T, what information shows that keto diets are unhealthy, relative to any other diets?
