my friend says he has no worries about the feds coming to his house when he gets gear shipped domestically to him. his theory is "its not illegal to have anything shipped to you. if that was the case, id ship some fucking cocaine to someone i hated and they'd go to jail." i see his point, but is he just being dumb? all he does to every package he gets is write "return to sender" and leaves it on his table. so, if the feds were to come into his house, he says "i never ordered that. i was going to wait for the mailman to come back tomorrow and give it to him." is there any logic to this? please, tell me there isnt, cause if there is, ill never hear the end of it from this fucker.     | ||

That's what everyone says to do. Fact is, if you had a kilo of cocaine with "return to sender" written on it, you'd still have a kilo of cocaine. | ||

Depends on if he gets a good lawyer. If they don't find any other incriminating evidence I'd bet he'd walk. If they found shit at his pad he'd be fucked. LAter, Green | ||

Alot of times they will get you either way, but if you write return to sender on the box and when they arrive it is by your door, you will be alot more likely to get away with it. They will try and nail you any way, but if you refuse to talk until a lawyer is present and you get a good lawyer, you have a pretty good chance of getting away with it. | ||

Green and Mav explained that a little better...You'd still get arrested (not too fun), but you would have a very good chance of walking.
