Hey bro's, I have lost quite a bit of fat in the last couple of years by training naturally and just recently with gear. Now, I am pretty cut up, but still have some loose skin in the chest and stomach areas. Its not alot, and doesnt really look bad, but it pisses me off. Even when I flex it is still there. Will it ever go away, or should I consult my local plastic surgeon. ------------------     | ||

I just scheduled plastic surgery for the very same thing. All I can do is empathize, and tell you that surgery is just about the only way (short of getting fat) to tighten up the skin. Puc ------------------ | ||

Try using Thiomucase cream while tanning and before bed. | ||

I think the skin will tighten up eventually and probly to a certain degree. Not sure how long it will take, heard it can take a year or more- depending on how much loose skin there is. | ||

yap i lost like 30 pounds in about 2 months. and i have about 15 pounds left to get Cut. and i do have loose skin nothing like its Hanging to the ground but its loose. it will eventually tighten up. like work on gaining size and ur skin will fuckn just fill up that space. or take those drugs (not sure what they are called) that bodybuilders use to get that Laminated effect (when their skin looks like its hot pressed against their muscles) |
