How often should I do cardio? Should I still be doing low reps with heavy weight or high reps with lighter weight. My goal is to put on some rock hard muscle and bring my bodyfat % down as much as possible. I have been taking Xenadrine to counteract the increase in appetite due to the Eq. I am taking 100mg Eq and 75mg Fina EOD. AA ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

my suggestion would be to do cardio 45 min.. 4 days a week..I would go to higher reps and lighter weight but not so much you start to lose mass. Diet is the most important part of a cut cycle..Low carbs and high protein intake..protien should be 1 1/2 gram fer lb of body weight..Bam Bam ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I'd say keep up with the heavy weight. Fina has the ability to put 50lbs on your bench in no time. Also there's really no need for that much cardio. If you train hard, like you've never trained before, the muscles will harden and the fat will shed. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

IF your diet is right and you do a few days worth of cardio ontop of a good lifting schedule, it will happen. Don't cut your weight back when lifting. Try to cut back your sets when your strength falls back. On Eq and fina, my strength actually increases as I diet on low calories. The key is not to over train and to realize that you intensity is the key. The adjustment I made was to cut back my sets to a minimum and increase the intensity to make the few sets I do into all out hell sets. I slowly reduce the number of sets needed until I peak for a contest. Also, as you cut back your sets you will find that your not burning as many calories..duh. This will allow for more intense cardio each day. It all works together. I choose sprints as my form of cardio as it seems to promote more fat loss than your typical 1hr on the treamill. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I agree on keeping the diet clean and not dropping your lifting weights. You want to reap the benefits of the strenght gains associated with Fina. Keeping your reps in the 4-8 range on your major exercises would be a good place to start. Cardio 2-3 times per week should be plenty, provided your diet is in check. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Well I have not been dieting like I should cause the Eq makes me crave carbs even while taking Xenadrine. I am hardening up though. I will definately start the cardio this week though. Im going to get my mind set to defeat these carb cravings. Thanks Bros AA ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Dude fina is great. I didnt do any cardio at all and still lost weight. But I do recommend doing alot of supersets and trisets when you work out. Try doing a double split routine. Workout in the morning then come back to the gym in the evening. The best way to lose though is to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach if you can hang! Fina will change your whole body chemistry though you will be diffrent when you come off of it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
